Fields for Spring 2018:

6U, 8U, 10U, and 12U practice and play matches at Bud Beasley Elementary.
Teams practice ONLY during their assigned time slot at their assigned half field.
“Unauthorized use of (other) City of Sparks Fields may result in the loss of permits.”

During our spring program:

Check the Regional Calendar for all dates for the season: coach meetings, trainings, matches, picture day, etc.

Each 10U and 12U team is to provide at least 1 certified referee at each match, but matches refereed in the spring will NOT be counted towards the fall tournament.
Players remain in the same division as the Fall, AND there is a greater possibility of CO-ED teams.

Practices can begin as early as March 26-29.
6U and 8U teams practice once a week; 10U and 12U teams can practice twice a week.

Matches will run from April 14 to June 9, except for Memorial Day weekend.
6U through 18U teams will have at least 8 matches scheduled, matches will usually be on Saturdays, and away/travel matches are rare in the spring…Matches may be subject to cancellation for reasons not limited to lightning, smoke, closed fields, or safety.

There will NOT be participation trophies/awards during the spring season. There is NOT a bonus end-of-season tournament in the spring.

Teams without a qualified volunteer coach are subject to disbanding, and we would like to avoid that from happening.  Please consider volunteering and getting certified.  It takes a lot of dedicated people to make AYSO possible, and volunteers are always needed.  If you are interested in participating, send us an email and apply online.
