- Pre-Register online at
eayso.org, print 4 copies of the registration form and sign & date all
4 copies.
- Next, come back here to sparksayso.org and follow the
Kid Zone link to the Kids Zone
Pledge Form. Print 1 copy for each child registered and sign & date where indicated.
- Bring all signed copies of registration forms and the Kids Zone Pledge to one of the
registrations. Also, bring registered player's birth certificate (a copy is fine).
Registration fee may be paid by cash or check.
- If you are interested in volunteering (which we highly encourage!) as a coach, referee, team
mom, etc., complete volunteer form online and bring to the meeting with the coordinator. Or,
the division coordinator will get you a volunteer form and get you signed up!
Remember, this organization is only as successful as its volunteers!
- If you have any questions, please contact (e-mail) the appropriate division coordinator
listed below (that is the coordinator that coincides with the appropriate age of the player).
If there are multiple players in different divisions, you may e-mail one coordinator of one
of the appropriate divisions with your questions.
- If trying to register after the Final Registration date, please contact your player’s age
appropriate Coordinator and schedule to have that coordinator register all players. The
Coordinator will set a time and place to meet and it is imperative you meet at this time
(and on time) to ensure the player(s) is/are registered.
