SPARKS AYSO REGION 166 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
 
Early Registrations and Regular Registration for the Fall 2010 Season have been held.

A player can still register through a Division Coordinator but must register by June 12 in
order to guarantee the player a spot on a roster.

Any player registering after that date will be placed on a waiting list and will be placed on a roster
if a spot becomes available. Player does not pay any fees if placed on a waiting list. If the player
is taken off the waiting list and placed on a roster, fee is due.
No registrations will be handled through the mail.
Following are the steps for registering a player:
 
  1. Contact (e-mail) the appropriate division coordinator listed below that is the coordinator
    that coincides with the appropriate age of the player. If there are multiple players in different
    divisions, you may e-mail one coordinator of one of the appropriate divisions and have that
    coordinator register all players. The coordinator will set a time and place to meet. It is
    imperative you meet at this time (and on time) to ensure the player (s) is registered.

  2. Pre-Register online at eayso.org, print 4 copies of the registration form and sign & date all
    4 copies.

  3. Next, come back here to sparksayso.org and follow the Kid Zone link to the Kids Zone
    Pledge Form. Print 1 copy for each child registered and sign & date where indicated.

  4. Bring all signed copies of registration forms and the Kids Zone Pledge to the meeting with
    the coordinator. Also, bring registered player's birth certificate (a copy is fine). Registration
    fee may be paid by cash or check.

  5. If you are interested in volunteering (which we highly encourage!) as a coach, referee, team
    mom, etc., complete volunteer form online and bring to the meeting with the coordinator. Or,
    the division coordinator will get you a volunteer form and get you signed up!
    Remember, this organization is only as successful as its volunteers!
Registration Fees:
 
  • Regular Registration Fee: $100 per player ($5 discount for each player pre-registered on line)
  • VIP Fee (division for players with special needs): $45 per player
