As a parent, you play a special role in contributing to the needs and development
of your child. AYSO developed a simple Code of Conduct to help us as parents to teach
our children about sportsmanship. The Code of Conduct reminds us to:
- Support our child by giving encouragement to them and their team.
- Always be a positive role model
Reinforce positive behavior.
- Not be a sideline coach or referee.
- Remember: Your child wants to have fun.

| Through your encouragement and good example, you can help ensure that all boys and
girls learn good sportsmanship and self-discipline. In addition, each child will become
more physically fit and healthy, all while having fun!

| WHAT IS KIDS ZONE? |

Kids Zone is a fantastic program initiated by AYSO, in 2000, to eliminate
negative sideline behavior. It is aimed toward producing a positive impact on
everyone involved in youth soccer. In order to make this program work, however,
we need everyone’s help.

| As a parent we are asking you to: |
- Read, sign, and follow the
Kids Zone Pledge Form stating that you will support
our program and your kids.
- Read the signs posted on the fields and abide by these standards.
- Remember the Code of Conduct.

benefit of the love of the game. |
