CONGRATULATIONS TO REGION 166 ALL STARS!!!   The 2009 All Stars for Region 166 have been selected. All Stars were selected for the following divisions:  See a list of the All Star Team Here   U12 Boys U12 Girls U14Boys U14Girls U19 Co-Ed   The All Stars were selected by the coaches in their respective division. This selection was based on each player’s outstanding play, teamwork and commitment throughout the Fall 2009 season. And, each selected player placed on the final roster had to meet all the all star commitments as outlined on the Region’s All Star Selection Policy. Coaches were selected by coaches within their respective divisions.   Each of these teams will participate in the Kit Carson Shootout Tournament in Carson City the weekend of November 7th and 8th. This is a competitive tournament that includes other all star teams and club teams from the following areas: Carson Valley, Carson City, South Lake Tahoe, Bishop and Mammoth.   This tournament does not have U15 teams. Therefore, U14 teams were formed from our region’s U15 teams. And, any 14-year olds not eligible to play U14 were considered for the U19 Co-ed team.   Congratulations again to each all star for his or her achievement and good luck in Carson City!
